Just when you thought...people couldn't get ruder, more insane or well...more delusional...they prove you wrong.
I tend to believe in the best in people...I never thought that trait could be such a detriment ...and then I came to graduate school...
Thursday is dissertation turn in!
And 10 days til defense.

Hang in there, it is so much better out in the "real" world. People are expected to deliver what they promise and treat you like a well-qualified professional. Quite the opposite of grad school. I am still trying to get used to people asking for my thoughts and then...(gasp) listening!
I know it's a lame, hackneyed analogy, but this is the sprint to the finish. It sucks and it hurts more than any other part of the race, but at least all the grunt work's behind you and this is your moment to shine. Good luck!!!
