rocketpants
My own crazy adventure in SoCali with a severe case of what I would call athletic ADD. I've been know to crossfit, muck around with power lifting and kettlebells, zoom around the velodrome and pursue triathlon endeavors, every day is a mixed bag. Currently I am working towards my RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) certification in Aug 2011, but that being said...I still miss my bike. Some people have asked me 'Why Rocketpants'...someone called me 'Rocketpants' when I was biking up a hill...at 6mph and I thought it was funny because quite clearly I am not... But its a mindset too...you have to believe you can first. "You're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think." Christopher Robin
